About Us
Joann Idleman, President and founder of Preferred Personnel, has more than
twenty years of experience in an industry that continues to grow and change.
She established Preferred Personnel in September of 1992, with several branches in
Southern California and has subsequently added more branches to enhance our
service areas. She is active in every aspect of the business to ensure
efficient, quality service and to maintain competitive pricing.
Our corporate office, in Los Alamitos, California, is the administrative hub for
all of the branches. Each branch office has a Branch Manager supervising
service and sales staff to ensure quality service and to attend to the special
needs of each client.
Preferred Personnel has an excellent benefits package for eligible staff
employees. We offer group medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
Preferred Personnel offers an individual health care plan to our temporary
employees, along with other benefits that include discount basic medical
